Right of Withdrawal

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

For eligible returns, a 20% restocking fee may be charged. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and covers the costs of inspection, processing, repackaging, and restocking.

Returns Due to a Change of Mind

Requirement: The items must be completely unopened, unused, and in their original, sealed packaging.

Tested Fragrances: Opened perfumes may be returned provided that at least 90% of the original contents remain in the bottle.

Return Period: You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including shipping and tracking.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded in full, minus the original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (including food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal hygiene products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been approved, place a new order for the desired product.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal within the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
